We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the opportunity to deliver the Early Years Skills Bootcamp in partnership with the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority.
As part of this programme, we will be offering six dedicated cohorts, providing a total of 60 places for learners to take part in our Skills Bootcamps. These bootcamps are designed to support individuals at different stages of their Early Years career journey, with pathways including:
- Introduction to Early Years – an entry-level course designed to provide a strong foundation of knowledge and understanding of working within the sector.
 - Pathway to Accelerated Apprenticeships – a route for learners who wish to progress quickly into an apprenticeship within Early Years education and care.
 - Leadership and Management in Early Years – a course tailored to those looking to develop supervisory, leadership, and management skills within the sector.

Each programme runs for a period of 10–16 weeks, delivered face-to-face at the Maltby Grammar Business Hub.
During these courses, learners will have the opportunity to enhance their knowledge, develop essential skills, and gain valuable insight into potential career pathways within the Early Years sector. Whether you are just beginning your journey, seeking to progress into an apprenticeship, or aspiring to take on leadership responsibilities, these bootcamps are designed to help you take the next step.
