The following sets out the appeals procedure for Puzzled Training. This procedure covers the process of raising appeals against an academic decision that has been made. Should a learner feel that the proper process has not been followed or that the academic decision was not made in accordance with the regulations of the program of learning then they may appeal to the IQA via one of the following methods:

Appeals will be investigated and a review panel may be formed to reach a decision. The review panel will be an IQA or and independent tutor) to provide reassurance about fairness. We aim to investigate and respond to appeals within 15 Working Days.
This will be the final route of escalation within our company. Therefore, if you remain unhappy after following our own internal appeals procedure then please contact the Awarding Organisation directly.
The Awarding Organisation we work with are NCFE.
We understand that it can be difficult to raise an appeal, and we are here to help. If you need support or someone to help you prepare your appeal, please contact your tutor or the IQA. All appeals will be handled confidentially and in accordance with our Data Protection Policy.
Should you address your appeal to any of the above awarding bodies and remain unhappy with the outcome you may then raise your appeal to the relevant qualification regulator. Either a representative of Puzzled Training Ltd or awarding bodies will be able to offer you guidance on the appropriate qualification regulator in each instance and provide contact details.
